The Park

• Adult only camping, caravanning and glamping site near Winchester in Hampshire
• No pets permitted
• Easy access to South Downs National Park, The New Forest and 1 hour from London
• 15 XL Grass Pitches with 10A EHU (5m depth x 9m width / 50ft depth x 30ft width)
• Pitches suitable for Tents, Trailer Tents, Camper Vans, Touring Caravans, American 5th Wheel Caravans, Motorhomes or similar
• Check in days are Monday to Friday inclusive
• Check-in window is 1pm to 6pm daily
• Depart by 11am
• Minimum 2 night stays
• No same day arrivals permitted (minimum booking notice required is 1 day prior to arrival date)
• Book your pitch at time of booking (see site plan to decide on your pitch)
• Pitches from £35/night (inclusive of EHU electric use, 2 adults, 1 car and use of the guest toilet/shower/kitchen block)
• Maximum 2 cars per pitch (to be parked on pitch)
• Only one sleeping unit permitted per pitch
• Full payment required at time of booking
• All bookings must be made online (book here)
• Nb. Glamping units not yet available to be booked

Our 4.5 acre hilltop is set amongst amazing natural wildlife within a glorious countryside setting where guests can really chill out and soak up the rural views and atmosphere.

Our park offers 15 extra-large grass pitches (15m depth x 9m wide) which are available for guests to bring their own Tent, Trailer Tent, Camper Van, Touring Caravan, American 5^th Wheel Caravan, towable Tiny House or Motorhome with up to 2 cars parked on each pitch and a maximum of 4 adults sleeping on a pitch. Guests booking our pitches also have use of the site’s guest kitchen, showers & toilets and access to our Black & Grey Waste Disposal Point.

We also offer a range of glamping accommodation which includes Tiny Homes or Pods – each suitable for a maximum of 2 adults.

The views all around are of gorgeous greenery, and there are plenty of walking/cycling routes directly out from the gate where you can get out to see more of it (perhaps stopping off at a local country pub along the way…). It’s also easy to walk from here to the Watercress Line station in Ropley for a steam-powered ride through the Hampshire countryside.
